Treat people respectfully

• Do not threaten, intimidate, stalk, harass or abuse another user.
• Do not publish another person’s private information without lawful justification.
• Do not use discriminatory, hateful or degrading content.
• Do not pressure another user into a payment, meeting, transaction or off-platform communication.
• Do not retaliate against users for making a genuine safety report.

Be authentic

• Do not impersonate another person, breeder, rescue, business, veterinary practice, regulator or ePuP employee.
• Do not create accounts to evade a suspension, ban or verification requirement.
• Do not manipulate reviews, Trust Scores, follows, favourites, enquiries or other platform signals.
• Do not use bots, scraping, spam or automated messaging in a way that interferes with ePuP or its users.

No scams or deceptive conduct

• No phishing, advance-fee fraud, fake payment confirmations, money laundering or requests to misdescribe payments.
• No fake courier, insurance, escrow or ePuP-protection claims.
• No fabricated emergencies, false scarcity or misleading pressure tactics.
• No attempts to obtain passwords, verification codes or financial credentials from other users.

Enforcement

ePuP may issue warnings, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or permanently terminate access depending on seriousness, risk, history and available evidence.

Serious suspected criminal conduct, threats to life, animal cruelty or fraud may be preserved and referred to appropriate authorities where lawful.
